Bessie joins EMG as an Account Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and storytelling. A proud Coastal Carolina University Honors College graduate, she earned her degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, plus triple minors in Spanish, Journalism, and Marketing—because why stop at one? Before joining the agency world, she spent seven and a half years in South Carolina working for a print news outlet, where she helped bring local stories to life through creative digital strategy.
Originally from Suffield, Connecticut, Bessie and her husband, Matt, recently moved back home after 11 years in South Carolina to be closer to family—something she’s thrilled about. When she’s not managing campaigns, you’ll find her baking a sweet treat, cheering on Boston sports teams, or planning their next adventure. Her favorite destination so far? Spain, where she studied abroad during college. Together, they’ve been exploring golf courses around New England—Matt plays while Bessie enjoys the scenery and occasionally putts.
