Whalley Precision Inc.

Case Study – New Website Design & Development

From Outdated to Outstanding: Whalley Precision Inc.’s Website Redesign

We recently partnered with Whalley Precision Inc. to redesign their outdated and simplistic website. The old site was plain white with simple text and images, resembling a document rather than a professional website. This outdated design deterred users from engaging with the site and inquiring about Whalley’s services.

The primary goals for the new website were to modernize the look and feel, keep users on the site longer, increase inquiries, and effectively inform users about their services and machinery. Additionally, Whalley Precision wanted to include dynamic features that allow users to click and view pop-up info boxes providing more insights into the industries they serve.

Our Work

  • WordPress Website Design
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Content Writing and Content Creation

Our Goals

  • Create a modernized website that drives more leads
  • Target defense industries and those looking for manufacturing services

The Process

We began with an initial meeting to discuss Whalley’s website goals and preferences. We researched web elements from various sites, including competitors and industry leaders, to identify effective strategies. Based on this research, we created digital wireframes and mockups to lay the foundation for the new website design.

Solution

We upgraded the site to the Divi theme on WordPress, significantly enhancing its look, feel, and performance. This new theme allowed us to create easily manageable elements, improving both user experience and site management. Throughout the development process, we collaborated closely with Whalley Precision to ensure the design met their expectations.

Results

The redesigned website offers a professional, modern appearance and an optimized user experience. It is easy to navigate, incorporates more keywords and industry terms for better SEO, and simplifies the process for potential leads to submit inquiries. The new site effectively meets Whalley Precision Inc.’s goals, increasing their online presence and user engagement.
