Jake has a degree from Pittsburgh Technical College in graphic design, but realized he loved writing, using his experience as a designer for a Pittsburgh advertising agency to pivot into marketing, even if it took him a while to finish that journey! Jake has worked for Apple, Guru.com, and even as a mail man (for a single day—just ask him about it) and scale calibrations manager (yes, the kind that weighs stuff). The most important thing he’s learned from his variety of experience is something he imparts to his clients; everything has an engaging story—you just have to find it! When Jake isn’t writing for clients, he’s taking care of his toddler full time, and is (slowly) writing a novel.
