If you would like your data deleted from our Social Media Management App, you may request deletion at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data by:

Contacting your account manager or sending a message on our online form: contact us here.

Including your name and the account you used to connect (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok)
What Happens Next

We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe

All associated data, including stored access tokens and connected account information, will be permanently deleted

You will receive confirmation once your data has been removed
Alternative Method
You may also disconnect the App directly from your social media accounts:

For Facebook/Instagram: Remove the app in your Facebook settings under “Apps and Websites”

For TikTok: Remove access in your TikTok app permissions
